Making an appointment is easy!

First, fill out the form below with all the required information.

SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT MADE VIA WEBSITE

Once completed, click the BUY NOW icon to submit your deposit.

By submitting deposit via online you agree to the following

*The total required when booking online is $100.00 + 2.00 Square Fee.

*Please submit only one deposit per client, per transaction.

*This amount is NON-REFUNDABLE and Deposit will go toward the total cost of your tattoo.

*Deposit is to hold your spot with an artist. In the event of a NO SHOW/NO CALL a new deposit will need to be made for new appointment.

*A 72hr notice is required to reschedule and have deposit applied.

*In the event The artist you book with is no longer at DSTC; DSTC will still honor deposit however it will be with a different artist.

by the shop to pay cash as we are cash only in shop.)
